What We’re Looking For – Basic Qualifications:

  • Moderate proficiency in English (ESL candidates are welcome)
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Strong attendance and a reliable work ethic
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with small teams (3-4 people)
  • Basic computer skills to interact with the shop floor inventory system
  • Ability to work with essential tools such as Allen Keys, Power Drills, Ratchets, Wrenches, and Tape Measures
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn on the job and take initiative in mastering equipment and processes
  • Comfortability following instructions and working independently with minimal supervision
  • Good physical condition with solid hand/eye coordination
  • Strong commitment to safety and following operating and safety procedures
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as needed, to meet production demands

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with heavy machinery
  • Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing environments

  • Climbing steps or ladders
  • Reaching overhead
  • Medium lifting

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Pushing and pulling
